Welcome to Capital Fitness and Massage!
The newly established Capital Fitness and Massage is owned and operated by certified fitness professional and licensed massage therapist Dina Carnivale. We currently offer one to one personal training, small group training and massage therapy.
Whether you're looking for a fast paced group workout or very specific individual training, we've got you covered! We'll work hard to structure a fitness plan that suits your lifestyle and training goals. We want to put the FUN back into working out!
About Dina
Dina has been an avid athlete since she was a child, playing softball, basketball, track, and cross country throughout High School and into College.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire before moving to San Diego and enrolling in Massage School to become a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. After moving back to New Hampshire, Dina established a successful massage business in Concord, where she worked until she sold it to stay home with her daughter.
While living in southern California she enjoyed hiking, mountain biking and beach volleyball before returning to New Hampshire where she caught the triathlon bug.
After completing their 1st triathlon in 2007, Dina, her wonderful husband and a good friend formed Capital Multisport Triathlon Club.
Her love of sports and fitness motivated her to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, concentrating in Boot Camp classes and Zumba Fitness.
Her goal is to encourage, motivate and educate people toward a fit, active, balanced and injury free lifestyle, by incorporating fun and challenging fitness classes for all levels, one to one personal training and massage therapy.
Dina is currently training for her first marathon in Chicago in October!
